Brand Manager

About the Role
As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the strategic brain behind all branding activities at Gleambeam. You'll lead the development of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and creative collaborations to ensure Gleambeam is recognized, loved, and trusted by our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term brand strategies
- Lead the ideation and end-to-end execution of brand campaigns
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the content, design, product, and KOL teams to maintain brand consistency
- Create reports and evaluate brand performance, campaign results, and awareness metrics
- Manage and uphold Gleambeam's brand positioning across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or strategic communication
- Strong analytical skills and a sharp sense of branding
- Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and cross-functional teams
- Passionate about skincare and the beauty community
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and project management platforms is a plus
