Engagement & Operations Support
Location: Bandung
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Chat & Customer Support
- Manage incoming messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and marketplace platforms using an integrated dashboard
- Respond promptly with a friendly and professional tone
2. KOL Research & Performance Monitoring
- Research and shortlist KOLs based on campaign briefs
- Coordinate schedules, provide briefs, and follow up with KOLs
- Update KOL status and performance metrics (reach, engagement, sales) on the dashboard
3. General Admin & Operational Support
- Handle documents, assist with correspondence, and support administrative tasks to help the team run smoothly
4. Community Engagement & Activation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Plan and manage engaging community activities, including loyalty programs and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives
- Maintain consistent communication and create meaningful content to drive interaction and community growth
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School or Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate
- At least 1x prior work experience (full-time)
- Detail oriented and wel-organized
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using digital tools and e-commerce platforms
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
